Important information for conference participants
The International Academic Exchanges Center of Huazhong Agricultural University is located inside the university campus. Therefore, individual reservations may be inconvenient for external visitors.
To facilitate participants' stay, the organizing committee has already reserved approximately 60 rooms in advance for NPCL² 2026.
Participants who wish to stay at the hotel may go directly to the reception desk and indicate that they are attending the NPCL² 2026 International Conference.
The hotel staff has been informed of the conference reservation and will assist participants with check-in procedures.
